How do YOU get rid of it?
a baby spoon.
I've found that a banana and a cup of coffee each day work wonders.
lol, eating watermelon flushes me right out 
Quick edit: I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to overly citrusy fruits.
Please don't make me die (or make me feel like I'm dying).

Some good suggestions.
Also, not looking for "Taco Hell" or "WC Slider" fixes. 
Also make sure when you eat heavy meals, to have plenty of liquids with it so that the food doesn't go down "dry", which will lead to a hardened stool in some cases.
If you like mints, eat a few packs of the kinds that have sorbitol in them (Certs and some others). That will clean you right out.

you need more fibre; psyllium husks. as you (dont) know, the husk of any grain is where all the fibre is. this is why wholegrains are good for your anus. psyllium seeds happen to be extremely high in fibre, so one heaped teaspoon is about 4-8g of fibre. you need about 30g a day. 
you should be able to get some at your supermarket.

This may sound sick but usually is what I do is I massage my stomach and intestinal area on my left side. I can feel it in my intestines so I just slowly push it downward that usually works great. Doing ab workouts helps to cause it tightens up the muscles and aides in the pushing process by making them stronger.
But if youre for the non-physical technique then yes coffee is a natural fast acting laxative. Also jagermeister is a good one as well since its fermented licorice root. Also dont forget to drink lots of water as this helps lube the insides of your body. You could also go the pressure route by downing a whole 2litre of some soda product and then eating a 4oz steak after that to prevent the co2 from escaping out your mouth.

Avoid it all together by having 5 servings of veggies a day
