Help IDing a old Tune from around 2003

This tune is an old tune from around and before 2003. the lyrics are these:

""I shall not ward him to lead me beside. These steel waters, he restores my soul. I will fear no evil. Imagine this, the lights in the universe are all on, and at the flick of god’s switch, the lights in the world are all out, yeah, you can run but you cant hide because if we don't change quick, it is coming, a world eclipse… BLACKOUT!""

its an Italian mans accent voice speaking with no special effect just his accent. its Hard trance beat not hard style.

Its not these tunes i've already checked:
Lil' Louis - Blackout (Similar lyrics but he uses special effects)
Dark by Design - Blackout
Hard Stylez ft. Max Enforcer - Light of the Dark(Blackout Mix)
(so close same lyrics different special effect voice but is not the tune I sampled)
and about 10+ more i've found with no luck yet using discogs listing and MP3.com listings.
Thank you if you know this tune it needs an Artists name and title.
Help me find the Name to this Tune??????????????????

Still no body has heard this one? I found few songs were they sampled a few words from the guys voice, but they dont post where they sampled from.
