you'll be paying an arm and a leg but go to Shad's on Sussex, they have quality names....but i usually just drive to Montreal, even with the gas exchange rate your still saving

I think I know that place, they sell Diesel and stuff like that right? 'Been awhile but thanks for the reminder

ya they have alot of good name brands such as energy, diesel, true religion, ect., they have similar inventory as Style Xchange in Montreal, but Shad's overpriced, but you never know, might find some good shit for a decent deal

When i visit MTL for BeB I would actually like to spend some money on quality clothes.

Where do you guys have stores that Sell D&G/Armani/Versace?

And what are the prices? compared to skanky old Ottawa.

well every "nice" stores are rip off in montreal
i think its the city where the clothes are the most expensive in the world and they are 2-3 years late from europe which makes it even more retarded to buy very expensive stuff here
you want haute couture zeKsg? go to holt renfrew and buy an hermes belt for 650$
lol
if you want to buy this kind of clothes you're in the wrong city

I know NYC is the best place to get this stuff besides europe ofcourse, but I am just asking for somewhere in MTL where would be a good place to look?

Oh yah. Forgot about Michel Brisson it on St Paul Ouest near McGill (not the uni.)

The store I was talking about at Cours I think is called Industria

Posted by Spin Laden on Feb-20-2008 15:35:

awesome, thanks again Jessie. I saw the name on some website so I compiled a list at beginning of this thread. Maybe if Malek or someone starts a Welcome to (or best of) Montreal sticky again, these stores can be added.

Ogilvy's
Holt Renfrew as vermz said
Les Ailes de la Mode
Menz
etc

all those places are on St.Catherines in walking distance from each other...not that i shop at any of those places...that overpriced designer shit is not for me...

oh and 3 Monkeys in Les Cours Mt. Royal is a pretty nice store, carries really cool stuff but its still pretty expensive.

my favorite place to shop for stuff is probably Old Gold, they make really cool/weird t-shirts by unknown people or really cool brand names youve never heard of for reasonable prices, and im pretty sure its the smallest store ive ever been in, its tiny. for all you hipsters out there.
