Very EASILY identifiable trance tune from the movie 'Is Harry on the Boat'?

Can anyone identify this music and tell me what it it?
This is ripped from the film itself, the sounds are because this holiday rep is impotent or something.
The pictures have no relationship to the music, I just found those
They are Dakota & Elle, Allison Lohman, Margaret O'Brien, Amanda Bynes and Danica McKellar Winnie Cooper from the Wonder Years.
