Planning a Greece trip in the summer-any tips?...
Well I googled a bit of information but I would appreciate some TA perspective too, regarding the scene in the greek islands in the summer, for anyone who's been there.
I'm planning an island hopping trip (mykonos, santorini, ios) in either june or july.
does anyone know which would be the best month (s) to go for the best parties? also what spots are good for the music in any of these islands, what to expect in a club there, any outdoor events or parties that I should know about in the summer months, which month is the best in terms of not being unbearably hot etc.
also the typical cost of drinks and club admission etc. how much financial damage should I be bracing myself for since I'll be there for 2 weeks? I'm trying to estimate that in advance...
any tips, input is appreciated
Cavo Paradiso in Mykonos ![]()
spend at least 3 days exploring all of santorini including a charter yacht if you can swing it. i would do a week there myself. such an incredible place...
santorini does look beautiful, i'm looking forward to it. i'll be there for roughly 2-3 days so i'll look into that..

Make sure you try Greek when you go there. Of course, it's just called anal sex there.

Be sure to catch Lord of Bass playing a 24 hour gig in Athens in June. Should be killer
Do not leave your girlfriend alone with a Greek waiter if you need to go to the toilet !Apart from that, Greece is truly beautiful.
