Well, "adrenalin", what does it stand for?

Hi guys!

This track has been sleeping for a while on my HD, but still remains unidentified.
It comes with an only word : "adrenalin". I dunno what it refers to : artist, album, EP, title, color of grandma's underwear ?
There are male vocals auf Deutsch ("in German").

Discogs & Google give me too many results & no audio preview, thus they are rather useless for this task.

So I need your help.
