How do I build a new Town Center..? :/
Can't find this option anywhere
If it is impossible it sucks

Well, I haven't played this game but if it's anything like AOEII or Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds you aren't able to build another town center until you have advanced your civilizations to the third or forth level (can't remember) which are the last levels that you can advance to.
