Question Can anyone help me find a free but decent music hosting ?

I really want to put some sets on T/A but I can't understand these Music Hosting sites..I'm kind of a lamen in this department as I never have posted a set anywhere. Any knowledge would be appreciated and sad but true I kind of need a walk through because I signed up for 3 different sites and none of them would work for me do to my ignorance of the site

I use divshare.

It's free, and you can stream and download from it.

if your uploading sets all the time i honestly suggest musicv2.com.

right now they have a 20 bucks for lifetime offer. it has 10gb of storage, you can personalize your page and it gives a stream option as well as a download option. it even allows for adding cover art and such. it is way worth the money. you can even add the media player from on there that has all your music/sets uploaded andyou can embed the player onto myspace and such so the player plays from your myspace page. its definitely worth it.

1. At the top of the screen is a box that says "select file to send". Click on "Browse" to choose a file (ie an Mp3 of your mix) to upload.

2. At the bottom of the screen (under the ads), there are boxes to fill in e-mail addresses (to notify you when the file is uploaded successfully), and a description of the file.

3. After filling out the email fields, check the "I Agree to the terms" box, and then click the "Send" button (all of these are also at the bottom, under the ads).

4. When your file is finished uploading there will be a link on the top part of the page, where you previously Browsed for a file. Right-click on that link, and choose "Copy Link Location".

5. Paste (Ctrl + v) that link onto a notepad document. Copy and paste that link from there onto forums, etc. You're done!
