While i m enjoying GODLY Paul Van Dyk - live at mayday 2002 (This set RULZ !!! be sure to check out if you haven't), I finally realized that Ferry Corsten - Punk fucking RULEZ !!! There was a thread on this tune and i post negotive comment... BUT I WAS WRONG !!

THIS TUNE IS FUCKING AMAZING !!

Ahh I felt the same about this track to at the start, (but i didnt actualy post anything negative about it thankfully) but now i love it too - jus needed to listen to it a few times

But yea alot of ppl do suspect Ferry to be a slightly arrogant guy

also, he is always late/not showing up... both times ive tried to go and see him he's done one or the other... at GC last year he diecided not to bother ncoming without even foning gatecrasher and letting them know.. luckily matt hardwick was still in the club and he played a wicked replacement.. and at the summersoundsystem he was supposed to be playing in the main arena at about 2am but he didnt show til about 4.30am, so he ended up playin a shite last hour in the hard house arena.

everyone i know who has met him has said hes totally up his own arse

Exhale is just massive.
Dance Valley 2001 is fun.

all the other songs made on the System F alias are OK....

I've loved Punk ever since i heard the liveset.

Ferry is IMO the greatest trance producer alive. However, I don't like rating him as a person or a DJ. To me, he is a producer through and through.

I am baffled

I was under the impression that Ferry was a great guy. Many people who have met him have posted that he is a very nice person. I don't get it. I don't know what to believe. I guess I'll have to meet him one day and decide for myself.
