A challenge

This is going to be slightly tricky as I don't have a clean audio sample, but here goes.
I heard this song at a robotics competition and it's been bothering me for ages. The attached audio sample is from the Colbert Report, where it also showed up. It is a 24-second clip with an unrelated voiceover, but the melody is pretty distinctive. Any help would be appreciated.
