They would be immigrants then wouldn't they? Sheesh. Their kids would be 1st gen if they were born here. Their grandkids second gen, etc.

haha only 1st and 2nd+ generations? Should have at least gone to 3. I don't even know what I am, somewhere in the double digits probably haha, all I know is my family has descended from the same blood line as our first prime minister. beat that !

When I'm travelling and meet new people, I have a hard time answering the very common question "where are you from?" lol

You know whats awesome as of March 2008 you no longer need a visa to come to Canada from Poland, i just found this out because were getting my grandma to come live at rents place because since my uncle passed away she's all alone.

Ya I just heard about that a few weeks ago!!
It was craaaaazy before... my cousin came here for the summer in 2005 and she went through a crazy ordeal trying to get her papers together... and she only got it because she was a student and they knew she wasn't planning on staying. My aunt and uncle couldn't get the VISA to come here for a wedding. madness
We're thinking of flying in my Babcia Klara... she's 82 and she walks faster than I do
Peter we should get our Babcias together for a pierogi/barszcz extravaganza LOL
