No definitely not.
You can't share periferals over a network connection unless the operating system has the capability. The only things you can share are printers and hard drives.
Depending on the protocols supported by your local Bluetooth protocol stack, there may be some interesting options for using Bluetooth technology at home with special regards to pico- and scatternet technology. See Wikipedia on that, new protocols are developed regularly.
I've employed a local PAN (Personal Area Network) for my living room; there are MANY applications as soon as a TCP/IP connection is working. Moreover, audio streaming and dial-up networking are used here 
Sharing of hardware devices is impossible, though, as stated before.
