some of these are definitley taken out of context, and although you may not see him as a smart man, he is a man under the spot light.. thats difficult

he has the greatest millitary and econimc advisers in the world, they are who really make the difference

ok, i said clinton was MORE respected in the international commuinty. but, yes, like most americans, he has NO clue what's going on in the rest of the world. and yeah, it was pretty sucky of him to bomb the crap outta belgrade.
