DJing a fashion show

So i'm DJing my high schools fashion show, and I have no idea what to expect. What kind of music do you even play at fashion shows. Any tips from you mobile DJ's out there

Depends on what kind of 'fashion' is being shown.

Try to play stuff that won't distract from the models and stuff. You're just there to provide the music, not to be the center of attention.

some gabber and terrorcore add nice bits of flavor and spunk

Some David Guetta / Diva House type of stuff should fit the mood

ask dirtyhertz or taj. not only have to opened/closed for top DJs, theyve also done fashion/art shows

Here's one I DJed last year. Not high school, but you can get an idea of the vibe. (btw, I played Love Gen at the end only bc the event organizer wanted it)

why is a high school having a fashion show?

like high school girls aren't prostitutes enough these days...

More importantly, what will you be wearing?
