Sander van Doorn....

Are you ready for a bit of plugging...

Firstly... Has everyone checked out Sander's new microsite? Pop along to www.sandervandoorn.com

There are some cool things on there already (you can listen to his album, listen to his identity mix, download album artwork etc) but there will also be some other bits added like SVD ringtones and this AMAZING shop where you can design your own SVD t-shirt!

Get clicking and have a butchers!!

And also... Sander has been nominated for two 'International Dance Music Awards' which will be announced at the Miami Winter Music Conference.

He is up for 'Best Underground Dance Track' for Riff and 'Best Breakthrough DJ'. Please help him get the recognition he deserves by going to www.wintermusicconference.com and clicking on the black and gold banner in the top right of the page... Happy voting!!

Also hope to see some of you at a SVD Supernaturalistic album tour date sometime soon.

I think its compared to tracks like David Guetta that get in the charts... but yes, point taken!! Check out the other nominations for other categories... all a bit odd if you ask me!!

Had a chat with him a couple of weeks back at Turnmills, real down to earth guy, I wish him all the best. The new album has lived up to the hype for me, nice to see him continually progressing his sound in subtle ways.

I really liked Punk'd, but most of what I've heard lately from him is electro trance bandwagon shit and tracks that are trying way too hard to be "MASSIVE"

Yeah, I'll agree there. I saw him play live a year ago and he was fantastic, but the tracks that he is pumping out nowadays are doing nothing for me. Too many out-dated tracks on his latest album for starters.
