considering that i'm 20, and i've started listening tranc eonly in 2003, i have no idea about the the best of the period

also my favourite track is system f - out of the blue, so, can you please me tell what were the best track in that time?

There are loads of great tracks from the period 98 - 2000
Just buy/look at Gatecrasher classics.

Out of the blue is one of my favourite tracks. Like other people have suggested, go to discogs and search the artist.
