Volatges/Currents

I am buying cdj's and a mixer from the US (thus US specs), yet I live in Europe. I will plug these in via a transformer. However, will I encounter problems running them through a European amplifier/speakers? Thanks in advance.

Nope, it's only the power supply standards which are different - line level signals (i.e. what comes out of the phono / jack outputs on the back) are standard across the world...

Actually there are a few different standards, but they're between manufacturers/models rather than between regions - they all work together.

Re: Volatges/Currents

And a lot of power supplies are 90-240 volt compatible and automatically switch to make the device work properly. Of course you should check if that's true, it almost always says so on the case at the power plug. If it doesn't support the current you have in Belgium (230V right?) you would need a transformer. But you probably wont .

CDJ 1000 mk2 and mk3s are dual voltage- no transformer required.

yeah, my cdj200s have a switch on the bottom that lets you select between 240V and 110V, you will most likely need to get new power cords that fit the plugs in your country but you shouldn't need a transformer for pioneer CDJs, the mixer may be a different story though.

Are you absolutely postive the CDJ200's are dual voltage? I thought only the 1000MK3's were dual voltage.
