Escape To Chip Eden Commercial?

OK...Does anyone know the the title to the track/song that plays during the Escape To Chimp Eden commercial? I've seen the commercial on several channels so i did a google/yahoo search and found some suggestions that were close but were not correct.

I think I read that it may be a house remix of the track Road to Chicago featured on the Road To Perdition soundtrack, so I checked that out and it might be possible...

Any help?
