Ricardo Villalobos - Frank Mueller Melodram

What kind of music is this? I found this in one of my very very old cd's when I was clearing things up and this is some weird-ass music. Totally not my kind, but has so many interesting and varied elements. Wouldn't go on my i=pod or anything but I had a listen to each of the 3 tracks and there was something kinda neat about each of them.
