The WMC review thread!!!

well so far all I've done is work out, take a nap and a shower. On my way to see Anthony Attalla playing at some restaurant and will get some grub.. then off to Mansion for MSTRKRFT and the Poptarts party with Danny Howells playing all 80's music all night!

only made it to Mansion. nice club... awkward fuckin layout. all the bottle service is right in the middle of the room. i could understand that working for a normal night... but stupid as fuck when everyone is trying to get downstairs to dance and can only dance on the outside of the room. Fisherspooner was on when we got there.. some good tunes, shitty ass mixing.. gow awful mixing actually. then was boys noize... HOLY FUCK. I will never again miss boys noize in Toronto.. fucking destroyed the place. didn't stick around for MSTRKRFT or Benny Benassi. popped into some little techno party for 5 mins, then just went home.

holy fuck i forgot how expensive it can be here... we were supposed to be on the list but weren't. Paid $40 to get in, then went through another $180 at the bar and on a cab.

Tonight, Donald Glaude, DJ Dan, Jelo and Hatiras @ Dream... then Danny Howells... then Tenaglia in the morning!!

As for bottle service in the middle of the club, my first time there (2004) they kept that upstairs and in the smaller room on the main floor. Then they switched it up by WMC 2006 with what used to be the 'main' dance floor in the main room now being a bottle service area.

Although, I love the fireworks display they put on when someone buys a 1.75L Grey Goose, lol.

no idea... though i assumed there would be a big helping new wave in there.... but ya... i got too drunk and never made it.. so no clue

Canada Loves MIami was a good party however the room the roaches and Sydney were supposed to play in never got opened! Roaches ended up playing in another room and they were good, and I'm not sure about sydney but everyone that played pool side was great!
