I think she looks like a Sophie or a Tabitha.

I wish I didn't have a Nazi landlord... I want a puppy!!

I used to have ferrets when I lived in my house in ND.
It was a sad day when I had to hand them over to an
unknown family

Thanks Everyone!

SHEESH, I went down to petco the other day, and every single woman in the place went nuts over h6er!

I got a hamster and now her, so im pretty busy tending to pets now. Ive always been a dog lover, never really had a puppy and raising her is super fun... With the exception that she is still a baby and I do need to potty train her. I havent really experienced leaving her behind yet and her shitting on everything, but im sure I will if I decide to take off to the club tonight...

What to do, what to do...

She doesnt really drink much for now, but sure packs a punch when she pees all over the place! Ya I got a handful.

Anyone else experienced with housetraining? I got these Mat thingies, but she bypasses them and pees on the carpet instead.

The best thing to do is to leave her in a cage when you are gone. Get a cage with food water and potty mats. I hated doing that to my dog, but he was too small to know what not to do. Hearing my dog wail was heart breaking, but it was that or the possibility of him eating something small that i missed leaving out and possibly potty accidents all over the carpet.

Luckily i have a smart dog which potty trained himself to use the doggy door and now i have mostly tile in the house!

He only pees on the ground when it is freezing outside. I can't really blame him for that.

Remember punishing a dog for an accident he made 5 hours prior has no benefits. Just clean it up. They only will learn it is wrong when they are caught in the act.

she looks like a chantel or shaneiqua

What you can do is keep them in a kennel or a small area that they have just a little more than enough room to sleep in. That way they wont pee or poo in the area. Then just have a specific time when your dog eats pees and poos. Once the puppy gets used to it then its like clockwork. Usually a puppy will smell around and find the place where they previously did their business. You have to get non ammonia cleaner to clean it up because ammonia usually attracts the dog back to the area.

Another thing you can do is when you go outside, feed the dog a treat right after he goes pee and tell him hes doing good. They will start to get used to it and begin to pee outside.

Dogs usually like absorbant surfaces so watch out for that haha. They can hold their pee around X+1 Hours. While x being how many months old it is.

Just realized it was a girl too.

Thanks guys.

Im slowly learning about her sniffing around and stuff and goin around the house. Probably around 3 times already. Aint too bad cause she hasent peed alot yet, i found a chip o shit on the floor the other night. swooped it up and cleaned it up... Dont see anthing else but since my bed is propped up, she sometimes goes under there. I dont know if she is be doin stuff down there, but will probably line the bottom of my bed sometime this week.

Should she be on a leash when I take her outside? Im having trouble having her listen to me when Im out there and she has a tendancy to run all over the place sinc she is so small.

Still deciding on names.. Mischa might stick...

Thanks for all the names we have a bunch to choose from now.
