in reply to me mods thread earlier..please read

this is a pm i got off montana for the thread i started earlier..

id perfer if the mods would reply to me in public so every body else can see what there problem was with my thread i started earlier.. i like the way he troughs his smart arse comment in at the end of his lovely letter to me..!!

i say this be the last time ill be aloud post under good owl bertie ahern..more that likely ill be blocked from posting again after this thread..haha

if you have a problem with my moderation techniques, and what threads i close and for what reason, DO NOT MAKE A THREAD ABOUT IT, you pm the mod in question.

now incase of the moby thread. i closed it since it was going to end up as yet another pointless discussion/flamewar, something i really can't be bothered to have here. in case you have noticed, in almost every thread with some topic that is split in it's opinions, if someone mentions one trigger world (example, someone mentioning house in a trance thread or whatever), you are going to get 40 really pointless posts following that and in worst case scenario, 100 fucking posts following that.

now, here on ta, we, the mods, keep a pretty loose table out there and we really don't care with minor personal attacks or small flamewars/heated discussions since ta covers both side of the battle, but we do shut down some of these if they are pointless or going fucking nowhere.

now, any questions more or do you need some cheese with that whine?

Fuck off. You're either an alt. account in which case you were probably banned beforehand for being stupid, or you're just someone with a lack of respect for people who made this place what it is. Either respect the mods and elder members, or leave, it's pretty simple.

You should take a hint when the mod you're complaining to gives you crap. This site is not run like others. It would be cool if some threads were cleaned instead of shut down as it's not everyones fault when things go bad. Some good discussion gets shut down that way. But, hey, sometimes man, when in Rome you need to do as the Romans do or at the very least, figure out how to live among them without getting killed.

I've had issues with Montana in the past, and it's gone to PM.

Can't say we ever resolved the issue, but that's life - let's move on. But it remained private.

It was a poor decision to post his message here and it's true that many people flaming back and forth is often pointless and has to be nipped in the bud.

So, do the decent thing - show you're a grown up and concede by closing your own thread, if only to maintain an ounce of the dignity you have left.

no you do the decent thing and take them comments back? i did nothing wrong earlier in the first place ok..

if the mods are big enough to be mods in the first place..then fire away at me in front of every body rather send a pm to me and be very smart in the letter aswell...

lets get one thing stright here...this all goes back to the moby thread which some older member off ta decides to ruin in the first place..because im not on the site as long as these OLDER MEMBERS im seen as the trouble maker? WHY?

Because the mods are responsible for running the forum. And most people out of courtesy take personal things to a "personal message". Doing things against what is the norm here is just suicide. As the last poster said, if you don't like the way things are done, go to a different forum. You can talk about this with other people who may share your sentiments but there's no reason to bring this out in the open...again. Your conversation is with the mod. Not everyone else.

I've counted atleast 3 ALTS in the first few threads of MD.

TA should lock the number of users every other month. THe amount of fake accounts is getting ridiculous.

Montana is a damn good mod and you look like a douche posting a private message, public.

Man, I hope this is still here when I get back from work.
