New Kids On The Block Are Coming Back!!

I posted this in a note on Facebook awhile back...but...HOLY SHIT!!

After months of speculation and rumor, the Kids are coming back. A well-placed source tells PEOPLE exclusively that New Kids On The Block are indeed getting back together.

The band's Web site, www.nkotb.com, which had been dormant, is now back up and running in anticipation of the official announcement, which the source says will be made in the next few weeks.

The site currently features a television graphic with a fuzzy, flickering photos of NKOTB in their heyday, and a link inviting fans to sign up for info.

The boy band, which made legions of tweens swoon in the early '90s, selling more than 50 million albums, became a worldwide phenomenon before calling it quits in 1994.

Eighteen years later, they're still "Hangin' Tough." The oldest "Kid," Jonathan Knight, now a real estate developer, will turn 40 later this year. Since the band's demise, former members Donnie Wahlberg, 38, and Joey McIntyre, 35, have seen acting success, while Danny Wood, 38, has worked as a music producer and Knight's brother, Jordan, 37, has continued to record.

My life has been empty for 19 years but now it is complete! Woooohoooo!!! I actually saw Jordan in Vancouver a few years ago. He got fat. LOL

I was up at freakin 730am this morning to see them on the Today Show.

I am thinking about flying to NYC for their first performance on May 16th (I have enough airmiles.. lol)

Lisa and I have already said we are camping out for tix if we have to. I don't care what it takes.. I WILL BE THERE!

I feel like I am 11yo all over again

They have all grown up and are still some good looking fellas!

edit: my mom found all my NKOTB t-shirts the other weekend when packing, so I have all of those back, plus all their tapes and cds are still kicking around.

The first concert I saw was Tiffany and the NKOTB opened for her. They were all wearing color co-ordinating sweatsuits - like red sweatshirt and red sweatpants.

I remember thinking, who are these rainbow colored spiky haired guys? lol - it was before they were famous.

I was 5 or 6 at the time too. They were the first concert I ever went to...with my older cousins and mom and aunt haha.

I remember when I first heard about them my brother was like "Did you hear about the new kids on the block" and i was like "omg...we have new kids. how old are they??"

hahaha.. I was right below the balcony with my hat with the top cut out of it and my ripped up/shredded jeans, my NKOTB tee and a vest over top and bangs that could seriously touch the roof of the place..
(oh who can forget those 80's hairdos)

This time round, since I can determine the cost I spend on tix; I plan to be right up front

LOL! I never went to any of their concerts (my parents were super overprotective) but I did have the Joey and Jordan dolls, as well as the drinking cups, and a shirt. Not sure where they are now though

I'll definitely be getting the closest tickets I can for this! I can't believe what a fool I'm going to make of myself
