Can't say I've ever done anything goofy like that, but I certainly know that he's actually "feeling" the music (sounds corny, yes, but if you've played an instrument you'll understand). Makes me miss playing in my school jazz bands.

That's because we learn in school that "shaving" applies to facial hair only. I only learned the extended use of the word here on TA. In a hypothetical world, in which I didn't know TA, if an American girl told me to shave, I would think she was talking exclusively about facial hair.
