Super hot in summer, super cold in winter (for Toronto anyways).
Doesn't rain much during summer... and at the hottest we'll get 40+ Celsius, with major humidity.

Winter gets really friggin cold, temperature at its lowest will probably be around -25 to -30 celsius with the windchill factor. And yes it snows like a mofo.

As for clubs... look in the Toronto Visitors thread that is stickied. Everything should be in there.

someone once told me the earth orbits the sun...they didn't know if that means it warms the earth or not. It was a pretty heated argument.

thats as bad as 2 arguments i got into in one week with 2 different people who claimed that Jet Streams were responsible for all weather changes....

I've lived in both cities.

Vancouver doesn't really have a "winter" per se. It's very damp and is more of a "wet cold" since it rains A LOT but temp more or less hovers around 10. Summers are not humid like Toronto and again it rains or can get cloudy (opposite of TO summers). TO summers are HOTT, sticky, smoggy, humid and barely rains (sometimes you get these neat "sun showers" where it's pouring rain and thundering but only lasts a few hours. Winters are a bitch. This year has been extra snowy and cold.

I have lived in both vancouver and Toronto in the last couple of years, if your looking for milder weather goto vancouver and more outdoor stuff to do, i dont really care much about the rain there and winters snows usually is gone in a day or couple after rains.

Toronto the cold is VERY COLD! and honestly you wont enjoy it in the winter i personally hate it. the wind chills in toronto kill it.

In terms of clubs toronto has lots, vancouver on the other hand doesnt have that many but since its a smaller city compratively i would have to say its not bad for its size.

How often does it rain in Vancouver in the summer?Do you get more sunny days than rainy days during the summer?

Interesting that Vancouver is in British Columbia, and it rains like in Great Britain itself lol
