What came first: The Chicken or the Egg??
the Mystery of science i absolutely have no clue but if i had to choose i would have to go with the chicken cause of the evolution thingie i dunno
*bugawk* chicken..
it did lay the first egg..
ok id say the chicken cos i think it was part of an early cloning experiment and with that i give up hope for my life!
I would say the egg.
Technically speaking, the chicken wouldn't be considered a chicken unless it layed eggs. The ancestors to chickens are actually dinosaurs (cause all birds are evolved from dinos), and dinos laid eggs. Therefore the first chicken was hatched from an egg laid by its immediate ancestor.

From
Little known facts about chickens
"Which Came First??? According to National Geographic, scientists have settled the old dispute over which came first -- the chicken or the egg. They say that reptiles were laying eggs thousands of years before chickens appeared, and the first chicken came from an egg laid by a bird that was not quite a chicken. That seems to answer the question. The egg came first. ~Source - Knowledge in a Nutshell~"
Once upon a time there was a big female dinasoure. one day she decied to lay egg, she did it and she enjoyed it. she enoyjs her egg by rubbing her c**t to egg and sitting on it. after a month full of enjoying a creatures which we call it chicken was born.
unfortunatly first chicken was eaten by her mother. but the "seventh" one could escape. that chicken creats the whole generation of chickens & roasters.
SO I VOTE FOR EGG BASED ON ABOVE STORY.

i dont have a damn clue
The chicken came first.
I can prove it with facts.
1. we have chickens
2. this means that either the chicken OR the egg must have come first
3. if the egg came first, then no chicken would have sat on it, and it would never have hatched, and we would not have chickens
4. therefore, the chicken must have came first
where did the first chicken come from? an egg of a reptile, it evolved from slowly.
the egg, because the first chicken must have come from an egg, which was made by her non-chicken protoplast.
*oh wow, that was so wise*
egg
From the first egg hatched the first chicken who laid another egg which hatched another chicken and here we are.
u swear i know???...lol...its one of them thing people made up to keep themselves busy...LMAo...

To hide my stupidity, I'll just say:
Who Cares!?!
I belive the Egg came first..
only beacuse things have to be small first.. to be big.. and therefore 2 little things had to join up way long time ago.. and make somthing big..
I think that the egg. But I've voted the chicken (because I confused myself)
Don't have a damn clue but 1 thing's 4 sure: both are delicious fried !

THE CHICKEN.....of course
god made the world in 6 days and rested the 7th day. i believe in instant creation, so the chicken came before the egg.
EGG
Dinosaurs were doing eggs
there were no chicken at this time
I believe some mutations inside the egg drove the little dinosaur in a chicken destiny
