Hi, I don't have a clue who created the piece or what the piece is called. I think it has an almost steady bass and deep electronic vocals that blend announcing something along the lines of

Sorry if those aren't acceptable words or the incorrect but it would greatly appreciated if this song was named and sorry for not having a sounds clip but it's hard to find these types of things.
