Ok here is the deal I am planning this years Crawfish boil for the middle of May. Probably may 17th. Last year was a blast as was they year before I usually cook around 100 lbs of crawfish. last year we ran out so the earlier you get here the better chance you have of getting some or ya'll can pitch in and i will buy more and cook em.

Oh and of course there will be some djing. Hopefully we can have some more pro dj's this year like Lizandro and Jonas and Dave Joteez. if i know you you are invited. Please consult with me first before you bring all your friends wit ya. ya hear.

Let me know what ya'll are thinking

My family from Cayey Puerto Rico, San Juan Puerto Rico, and Monaco, France along with relatives in New York, California and El Paso are probably coming. Also all my coworkers and boss-hogs from UT and UH.

So..me + roughly 130 people.

Oh, and we demand expertise in room service and a clean atmosphere. No alcohol permitted please.

While this may sound like a lot, the family is quite low-maintenance because they'll all be riding in the same car. Only one valet is needed.
