Midi keyboards and software

can someone tell me what the best midi keyboard is. im looking for something that can do it all and also the software that will complement it the best ?

setup

my current setup is 2 pioneer 1000mk3 1djm 800 and hdj1000 headphones ive also got a 24' imac with reason 4 for producing ect. im looking for a good midi keyboard to add aswell as an external sound card that uses s/pdif or coax that i can hook up to 2 computers mac/pc and to a reciever for surround 7.1
