I went today and asked to get my thermos filled with house blend. The barista filled it up and said it was free, and then he gave me a really nice environmentally friendly tote bag and thanked me for bringing the thermos. It was a pleasant surprise.

Starbucks isn't *that* evil. They're a lot more socially responsible than a lot of other corporations.

What's your point? Who cares who's running the show? The point is that at least they're doing something to recognize and account for the true costs of production.

Well someone said Starbucks is evil, and I said that they actually do their part to be socially responsible...then you said that their coffee tastes like shit, and I implied that you only enjoy things if they involve the blood and sweat of others.

BUT NOW IT'S RUINED.

*turns away*

thats what i thought you meant at first but was not sure..

but since its ruined i might as well answer..

blood diamonds FTW!

kidding....

i was just simply saying their coffee doesn't taste very good. I dunno how many 5 year old kids work in the fields or not...either way...the coffee is not soo good.

I hear it's free all year to munch on your own pubic hair, and generally tastier.
