I think it's a flanger effect that is being automated (the rate).

actually I ve been trying to recreate this for 2 days now but with no luck can someone please tell me how to do this in Live
or something close with the same specs

it must be something which is based on delays. (flanger, phaser, chorus, ..). and for the pitching effect. that's just the pitch bend of the source sound.

That's such a mad effect and a sick track too. If you figure it out, post the file!

Dunno but it sounds like they've done it all with time-stretch, the whole thing sounds like a sample that they've pitch bended with a time stretch algorithm but without actually changing the tempo. It that makes sense

Is the sound loaded into a sample player and played in loop mode with the end loop point adjusted towards the start point to make the sound go up in pitch?

Possible combined with upward pitched delays and increased phaser rate?
