Magadansky - 4 AM * Vol.2 * [Progressive House]
Hi fellas, here is a sequel to my first progressive house mix which was well accepted so I decided to do another one. I tried to do it under the same circumstances as the previous one and after one failed attempt (it wasn't nearly as good) I think this one is worthy enough. The style is the same as the first mix - slow melodic prog stuff with electro influence here and there.
Tracklist:
1. Jaia vs French Kisz - Drifting Planet
2. Rai - Comet
3. Even 11 - Like This (Komytea Remix)
4. Parham & Dominic Plaza - Once (Kasey Taylor & Chris Meehan Remix)
5. Phaxe - The World is Changed
6. Nasser - Step For Step
7. Son Kite - Colours (Luke Chable Remix)
8. Ticon - In Stereo (Even 11 Remix)
9. Xahno - Sense
10. Jey & Ex - Rolim
11. True Lies - Waiting For The End

Fixed it now. I hope you like the mix.
The set was nice, great tracks, great mixing, and I have a soft spot for Son Kite - Colours
.

chable is the man.
downloading...will post feedback later
Looks interesting shizzle, I'll give it a whirl
Def grabbing this! Will comment after I listen.
It's a good mix. But I did like the first better. Maybe because some tracks in the other really hit me which wasn't the case for this mix. But the tracks are good.
Thanks for the mix.
I'm liking the set; as a chill prog house set it definitely gets the job done. Ticon - In Stereo (Even 11 Remix) is such a sick one. I noticed some off keys or something in a couple transitions but nothing that kept me from grooving. What is your previous set that others are talking about?
Thanks guys.

djmetatron, here is the link to the first one -> http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...d=&pagenumber=1
Your track selection is spot on, one of the best sets I have heard in a long time in terms of tune selection.
However, I agree with Metatron in that some of the transitions are offbeat / offkey. Nothing too jarring or anything, but definitely noticeable. Overall, the set is some nice work.

| Thanks for the feedback. I know that some transitions weren't good but I just didn't want to stop and start over again because I had a good overall view how to craft the set and didn't want to waste it. |
Since you listened to my set I decided to return the favour.
This is pretty good. No worries about transitions, as trackselection is way more important. People tend to worry more about how smooth everything sounds and deliver a soulless set! You definetly did a nice job!
Really enjoyed this man, in particular the first tune-that was a big one! Good flow throughout, although the mixing could be tighter, but this is compensated by a very refreshing tracklist!
Thanks guys.
ahp2002, I agree that the track selection is more important but I am still working to make my mixing better. I don't know why but sometimes I just lose the concentration and don't make the transition as good as it has to be.
sunsurge, I knew you would like the first tune the most. It has a somewhat Windmill feeling in it hehe
. Thanks for the feedback.
I liked the first one, I'll check this one out too
