Disappointed about cafe press! (TA shirts)

3 weeks ago i ordered some tranceaddcit shirts at cafe press. today they send me a mail my order has met some "certain criteria", so they have to placed it on hold! now i have to give some information about my bank! i never had to do this before when i ordered with my creditcard! (btw, they support my cc). suddenly i get another mail, telling me "we cannot process this order using a credit card" !
in the same mail they write ...

"Please send an international money order in US currency to cover the costs of your merchandise and shipping, or a picture ID if you plan to use a Credit card"

So, what now??? i send them these info's they requested and hope they can manage to handle this order!!! im disappointed, not alone, because they said, they dont want my creditcard but also that it took 3 weeks to tell me this! This is not really customer friendly!
