Global Underground 035 - Nick Warren - Lima, Peru

It's been confirmed for quite some time, I'm all for it! I think GU should have given Nick his own series though, isn't this is eighth appearance or something? I vote for a new Danny Tenaglia GU

DT would be sweet! But he just got signed to Tommy Boy and is releasing an album called Futurism in the fall and a multi-cd Be Yourself 5 year Anniversary compilation soon as well - all on Tommy Boy. Looking forward to Nick's comp - should be great.

I like Danny's GU stuff, we get to see a whole different side of him. Like GU Athens, that was just SICK. Dark, hypnotic, house. Lots of tracks I couldn't even imagine were being made.

Well considering GU034 isn't even out yet, probably not anytime soon.

I think Nick Warren's latest GU was pretty ordinary. Definitely not in the league of GU 028 and the rest of them.

GU is nice as long as they keep some varietyu in their choice of dj's who mix the comps. Warren again? Never really liked his sound, so this really weakens my overall interest in GU stuff, especially since he has done mutliple GU's in the past already. Why not Howells, Tenaglia, Masiello, or someone else from the SOS? Or Luke Fair? Or .... there's so many choice. But they keep coming with the same names over n over again
