armin van buuren - going wrong

I'm not an armin fan, but this track started out SOO NICE, kicks percs came in, sexy beats, then it just fucked up when the guitars came in, in a sense it was all "going wrong". Stupid shitty generic leads, arps, and pads completely RUINED the song. UGH@!

I've got a lot of respect for Mister Shah, but I'm not so sure about this song. I haven't heard all the mixes yet but I guess DJ Shah's mixes will probably be the best.

meh, i like the tune alot and the album overall is really good, not as good as 76 or shivers but still good.

His Magic Island remix is best.

I wish more people would appreciate vocals. Shame.

Is there anything by Armin that you don't like?

This question can only lead us into depressing times...

Maybe he knows what his doing is wrong?

This track is a business move to get the younger crowd 'into' the scene, future proofing and all that.

NO, remix can save this song.

i took great pleasure in giving armin the outstretched thumbs down (gladiator stylee) whilst shaking my head disapprovingly when he finished his godskitchen set with this on saturday. i was in the front row and i'm pretty sure he saw it; he looked in my direction & promptly started laughing before turning round in shame...

or at least, part of me would like to think it was shame. realistically i doubt he took it to heart ;/

Dude, there's a remix that saved Vengaboys - Kiss.

i enjoyed the first half of his set but the second half was really fucking dull; too slow, too samey, too many shit tracks that didn't do anything & a weak finale. yet he's still the about the only dj i can guarentee most of my friends will make an effort for.. sigh

Posted by Megalev on May-02-2008 19:01:

Well yeah, to be honest, I'm a bit "post-trance", I do hope it gets better to be honest, I think we all do... Didn't think much of the night at all, highlight was probably Blake playing Gui Boratto - Beautiful Life

But yeah, best crowd of people ever I went with made for an excellent night
