Bob Marley-sounding Vocal track released within the last year?

Can anyone help me ID the track released sometime over the last year w/ a Bob Marley-esque vocal? It very well could be Bob Marley, but I couldn't find anything. I'm pretty sure I heard it on GDJB, Tiesto's Club Life, or ASOT.

Nope, the sound of the voice is very similar, though. I'll keep digging through some old episodes of Club Life, ASOT and GDJB.
