Lost gear while moving (what to do?)
So I moved recently, and while moving the power cable to my mixer was lost. I do any another cable that works and fits well and is the exact szme as the one I lost, but the only problem is it goes to my external hard drive. So essentially I could have all my music (to use with SSL) or I could have my mixer turned on. Any ideas what I should do. I went to radio shack and they said they didnt have one with the right wattage or something of that sorts.

yeah i was like WTF. so i talked to another guy and instead of saying the cable was for my mixer i said it was for the external (which i bought from them) and they were like 'we dont have one with enough wattage or some crap, so i said give me a one that will just work, and they said it would blow up, but honestly everytime they say that, it has yet to blow up.

you can tell that to shitshack or any leectorncis store and they hsoudl have you covered
So i found it, but when i plugged it in, nothing happened. It doesnt work. I tried the one that game with the external hard drive and it worked, but nope nothing happened when i tried it with the actual one. WTF's up...did i break it?
you prolly fried it or something?
well would it work fine if i just get a second one of the same AC power things that my external has that works with the mixer, or would that be not safe for my turntables and serato and what not.
shouldnt' really affect serato/tt's
maybe contact stanton and they acn replace it underwarranty.. dont say oyu tried to plug in a diff cord
just say it stopped powering on
I kinda lost the cable to my cdj... anyone know where i can get another one?
Technically the people who repaired it lost it, but it was so long ago, i havent gone back to ask for it.. and now im afraid they have simply forgottten.
The CDJ Power cables are the standard AC power cables
