I got one of these and I am willing to sell it for only $115 + s/h!!!(without any auctions).

$115 is nothing for a 4-channel mixer. For example, this online store sells them for $299.

The mixer has been tested for normal operation and worked flawlessly.

The specs:
4 channels
6 Line, 3 Phono, 3 Mic inputs
Separate Booth and Amplifier outputs
Separate 3-band equalizer (with cut feature) and gain for each channel
Amazing Cue section:
CUE/PGM level
Split function (CUE to left channel, PGM to right channel)

Talkover
Balanced and Unbalanced Master Outputs
Booth Output
Master Output Peak Hold LED Meters
Prefader Input Level Peak Hold LED Meters for each channel
