Yahoo started using this thing about 2 days ago which is a pretty stupid move - it's in beta and it's clear since that file the search report is complaining of (ReGet download Manager) was removed from TA as a link many months ago.

Their process for the re-evaluation of sites is pretty abysmal - not sure why they'd roll this out without more frequent testing/better procedures in place.
