this kind of crap always stirs the pot around here, so i figured i'd post it. i lol'd hard too:

despite fox news' ways to blow things out of proportion, i like the fact that they cited actual text from the latest IPCC report that came out on may 1. granted, its taken out of context (slightly), but still makes me lol

Fox news... MSN.... CNN... it doesn't matter. The point is global warming is B.S. Nature is going through it's natural cycle. NBC got busted yesterday for showing "global warming" footage at the north pole, with penguines kickin it in the background. Only problem is, penguines only live in the south pole, and NBC got nabbed editing footage to fit their narrative because they had nothing real to fill the slot with. So, they had to retract the video and apologize. They'll all show footage of an ice cap melting, but not the other 18 that are gaining ice volume. The .7 degree in temperature rise that's happened over the last 25 years was erased after this past year. It's the natural cycle of nature. Why should we listen to these fucking gas bags like Al Gore (who made a couple hundred million dollars in the last few years on pushing this bullshit)who aren't sceintists? Who benefits from all this? The same politicians and liberal professors who are finding ways to use global warming to increase taxes, get huge money reasearch grants, control what we do, and profit from it. I'm sure they're laughing all the way to the bank on their private jets while they tell us to use incandescent light bulbs and drive electric cars. Wake up people... common sense must prevail.
Great, all we need are more reasons to continue polluting.

a growth economy is never going to progress by conserving. You're automatically accepting the premise that we are destroying the planet because of what a slanted, biased, self serving media tells you. What do you want... E 85 ethanol? look how well that works... we are burning up our food supply making the cost of everything go up because people are accepting this liberal agenda bullshit. We are decades away from anything to replace oil, and that's a fact. we have it, lets use it. The guy who founded the weather channel is getting ready to mount a legal case against Al Gore and his propoganda, because that's the only way people will hear the other side... through the courts. I trust what that guy has to say over a politician who profits from this stuff. So what if we have doubled the amount of carbon dioxide we've put into the air in 25 years? it used to be 16 out of every 100,000 molecules in the air were CO2, and now it's 32 out of every 100,000... if you look at the context of that, you'll see it makes no difference. Stop letting these fools make you feel guilty for ruining the world.
