i could name a few artists, but i'm not sure if they have any complications in their life.. you might have to ask them yourself

in addition to those mentioned above, the following have some pretty nice albums;

Just noticed. This album is everything but typical prog psy. I don't even consider this album to fit in this style. It's more of a ambient sound with some psy influence more or less in the tracks but still more ambient than prog. Ofc, that doesn't makes it a bad album, quite the opposite actually, but it's just not in this style.
