Who has working knowledge of Grand Theft Auto Vice City

I have bought all the property however in order to get to the final missions do I have to complete all the races by the airport and the ice cream mission. How much ice cream do I have to sell??

what about the car lists do I have to complete those to get to the next missions. the walkthroughs are not very usefull online.

IIRC, the cars list was just a sub-mission. You collect the cars on the list, you get a new car and a new list. When all lists are done, you get $$$ from Sunshine Autos.

Oh, the strip club mission is easy as well, just sit through a lap dance for an hour or so. Complete all the missions for a bunch of properties and you should go on to play the Keep Your Friends Close mission.
