Ghost Smilie *update m_nus shirt pics* custom made shirt

I'm going to get these shirts printed to wear to Compression next weekend for the m_nus party! If any of you guys want one of these shirts, PM me or bullz.

*shirts designed by Mario aka bullz*

Original post:

I wanna make a couple shirts (I need it by next weekend), but I don't have contact with the person who used to make my shirts. I don't want to make them online, cuz I need to buy my own shirt to make sure it fits and stuff.

Does anyone know of a place that I can actually go to, give them a design, and have them put it on a shirt for me?

Let me know!!!

I think I saw one at BLOCK at ORANGE. it is located to the left of the movies (if you are looking at the front of the theater)

In fact I think that place allows you to put your design on anything (skateboards, shirts, etc...) Never used them though, so I can't speak for it.

How do you want to put it on the shirt? Screen, etc?

Wow that's so the opposite of LA

Julia, there's a place right by my work that does it. I can't remember the exact name, but I'll check it out on my way home.

I'm not sure how they normally do it. You give them the design, and they iron it on I think.

Technically, that is the 'Los Angeles area'

If you're just going for an iron-on, they make iron-on transfers for printers. You can pick em up at a Frys or something for relatively cheap.

Cant speak for their quality, but they might work as a quick fix.

Ya, but I dunno if I'm willing to drive all the way to The Block in OC for a shirt lol.

Oh ya, that's a good idea. It might be more expensive than going somewhere to get it done really fast though.... cuz you're gonna need special ink and stuff. And as you said, it might not even come out right. Hmmm...

Yeah, makes sense. Personally, I would recommend Zazzle, and they use American Apparel (I think), so if you know your size with that, you'd be good to go.

can't you do this in the mall for like $15?

Cool, thanks. I'll keep that in mind for next time. I'm trying to avoid doing it online though... cuz I want to make sure I get the shirts made by a certain day, and I just can't trust doing it online.

I know of a place in the valley, (in Tarzana) it's close to Ventura Blvd and Tampa.

As mentioned above, the price usually is based on the type of T-shirt they used. American Apparel shirts are soft and comfortable. Drew (Rukes) made some good shirts. I represent Rukes.com all the time now!

Do you know what the place on Ventura & Tampa is called?

Also, if I go to an actual American Apparel store, so they do the printing services there, or just online?

Neither. But their shirts are solid colored and fit pretty well. A large majority of small companies that make shirts just use American Apparel shirts and put their own print on them.

I remember seeing a place in the Burbank mall.
Also I think we got some made in a mall in Lakewood somewhere, I'd have to ask the lady.

If there's a five for ten clothing shop around your area, they might have what your looking for. My friend did this awhile ago at a 5 for 10 shirt store in the oc srea.

No, but you can't miss it. It may be called something like "World Greatest T-Shirts" lol

I'll try to check out the name if I drive by.

I've seen the place in the Burbank mall... It's actually a little cart thing. My friend asked the guy about bringing your own designs and he said you can bring them on a disc or usb drive and they can print them.

There may be a cart, but there was also a store that did it too, upstairs. I don't remember the name though.

It's the m_nus label

I'm gonna check out the Burbank mall. If I can't find the store or cart that does shirts there... then someone told me the Glendale mall has a cart that does shirts too.

here you can pick the shirt you want and then add your own img.
Shirts run about 20 or so total.
