Girls ditching their friends for their man
Why do girls ditch their friends for their boyfriends? I am not even talking about "the one" here...
I have a friend that every time she meets a new man she drops everything for him. She doesn't keep her men for long either but I have been there for her for over 7 years now and I always am there to pick up the pieces. I want to just give up but I want to be a good friend. When do i just tell her I'm done being a doormat?
Drop her. Less drama, easier to sleep, and more time for other things. Namely your own stuff.
It's because you have kids.

Dropping close friends is one of the worst things you can do in life, especially if you can prevent it from happening.
One day she's wake up and you won't be there for her anymore. It may not seem that way but it will happen and then she can pick her own pieces up. There's only so much direction and love you can give someone before they burn you out through their stupidity and if you can do that to a close friend then you're not a very good friend.
Tell her how it is and if she keeps going, move on.
She's a needy girl...
Because she puts the onus of her self-worth onto the man.

She thinks you'll always be there because her time is more valuable than yours and as such you're her free ticket out each and every time.
Either walk away and see if she comes to you, or set her straight. Whichever way if this isn't adressed it's bound to self destruct.
One day you may very well blow up and throw in her face all these things you've been dying to tell her for years but she won't understand and turn the situation around as if you were the one at fault.
If you stay silent in this regard you are only agreeing for it to continue as if it wasn't troubling you in the least bit.

Screw that. Im not ditching any of my plans for the guy Im kind of seeing at the moment. I've only just made some wicked friends and started to have some amazing weekends, there is no way any silly boy is getting in the way of that.
Roll on SONAR with the girls.
I have one friend like that though and its infuriating. Fairweather friends FTL!

All beats are off when the friend keeps doing the same things every time they get in a new relationship. Not learning from their mistakes after years of advice is reason enough to drop them.
