When I worked at Compaq Customer Relations back in the day, the #1 honest reason I got for a cracked screen on the geek's iPaq handheld was it falling out of the nerd on the phone's shirt, while he picking up his pants while getting off the crapper at work.

Ughhhhh I hate when that happens. I can't stand asymmetry, so if one nail breaks, I have to cut the rest down to size.

i'd like to say why not make screens out of sapphire crystal, but then of course they wouldnt be making money for replacement screens/phones lol

but still, atleast for the iPhone! it so expensive already, you should really get what you paid for.
