I remember watching this badass dj yearssssss ago. The only time he'd touch a vinyl is select it and put it on the turntable. One hand on the mixer and one hand on the pitch control. He doesn't even touch the wheel or vinyl to beatmatch, just quick pitch control. And I don't know any dj that does that better but BB HAYES.
