Drunk Post-Dentist Visit/Surgery

Nothing major, but had to get my gums around one tooth drilled in order to expose more of it (prepping it for a crown). I can only chew on the right side for the next week (I have some kind of bubblegum-bandaid around the cut area),but... any tips as to what my diet should consist of until then?

Very random, but I'm bored at work and it's almost lunch time!

did the dentist recommend anything?

i know for post-wisdom teeth procedure, its pretty much a liquid and/or soft foods diet/nothing that sticks to teeth/gums.

No vicodin for me... just penicillin& tylenol, boo! As far as recommendations, he just said not to chew on my left side. I'll probably stay clear of peanut butter though - pizza maybe? mmmm.... *stomach growl*

ice cream/ sorbet. Thats what I had after my oral surgery. and jello and applesauce. Nothing you have to chew too hard.

I haven't had jello in so long...

Lol it's taken me an hour to finish this slice of pizza. I've been very careful to cut it into miniscule pieces and chew only on my right side... got my drugs too!
