ATTN: People who work out regularly
Just wondering.
Rate your sex drive/libido, post-workout, from 1-10 (1 being none whatsoever, 10 requiring immediate sex).
I don't work out regularly, but like 10.

Around a 2 all the time for some strange reason. when i drink it goes up to 10.
I usually dont even try to get poon. I'll spank it maybe once a week...

Depends how hard it is though. If I've run 6k and done weights for an hour, I'm too knackered to do anything, let alone have sex.

I'm currently working out 6 days a week, hitting only a few muscle groups each day and never consecutively. I'm in and out in about an hour, and I would say Libido is as high as its ever been since before I turned into a gym rat 
I think it also depends on your diet. I work out regularly and if my diet isn't in sync (lots of protein) then I am not at my potential.

Unless you know you are getting enough protein you should be drinking at least some type of whey protein.

Like most here, it's close to 10 without exercise, but it has amplified much more since starting work outs regularly. ![]()
i teach yoga, cycling, and other formats in group ex classes plus hike in the hills and run, and i would say that it stays pretty high, i've been working out regularly for about 15 years now so i can't remember what is what like before then. it was lower in my 20's than in my 30's(has gotten way higher)although i was working on my masters in my mid 20's which will kill any kind of sex drive, lol
although i wonder if yoga has something to do with my high sex drive, i started doing yoga when i turned 30 and i felt like it jumped up to a 20! definitely a good thing, well, when i have someone to help me out with that
