The crowd was amazing. Think it was a Brent Bolthouse night. I didn't myspace it because no one could get in. (not even groups of chicks unless you had blonde hair and blue eyes.)

What doesn't compute? Brent Bolthouse has always been LA's number 1 promoter. SBE Ent (Sam Nazarian) bought him out a couple years ago to make his company SBE/Bolthouse and gave him his whole floor @ the corporate building on Beverly Blvd.

If you care...Tiesto's table is the one when I pan around 35 seconds. Too dark to really see anything though. I didn't want to be the crazed fan all up in his face with cameras.

i think Drew is making a comment about the Hollywood crowd
and you got your doorgirls mixed up. there is Jen Rosero and Sarah Pantera. Sarah doesn't do any SBE stuff nowadays i think - just her own parties. Jen i'm pretty sure is also has an ownership/partner position with Brent's company.
we ran into Tiesto last year at Privilege the week of Coachella (he was spinning at it). he must like the SBE venues. ran into Oakie not too long ago at S Bar, another SBE bar.

Thats what someone was saying. But Jen was def the doorman (doorwoman) for this one. Her and some SBE doorman Fred w/ a beard.
Oakie is a part owner of Goa form what I hear.
Yes, Hollywood crowd is weak, listens to hip hop/top 40, but there is so much eye candy and big eyes and nice legs, and nice dresses/skirts (yes I know too many ands!) that I kinda felt like I was in Disneyland!
I promote and regularly attend EDM events so I kinda rate crowds from A to D. It was the A crowd, while places that let everyone and their moms in cater to the B to D crowds.
You could also get away with charging cover to a B to D crowds. Area, Lex Duex, Goa, 86 and the like rarely if ever charge cover.
