King producer set! (trance)

whilst i appreciate sets are typically posted in the dj subforum, seeing as this is more a showcase of my producing ability than dj skill (it was put together in ableton) i thought it fitted best here. if not then i apologise.. mods feel free to move

simply put, it's my best attempt at creating a nicely flowing structured cd-length trance set purely from my own productions. there's some old, some new, and 2 world exclusives

hopefully there's enough variety in here to keep people's interests.

tracklist:

1. Lange - Angel Falls (isoterra remix)
2. Isoterra - Lava Lamp
3. Isoterra - Ultramarine ('05 re-edit)
4. Isoterra - The Start of Something New
5. Yana Kay - Eyes of a Perfect Stranger (isoterra remix - '08 re-6edit)
7. Terrafusion - Essence (isoterra remix)
8. Chicane - Lost You Somewhere (isoterra remix - '08 re-edit)
9. Icone vs Arpegia - Fatal Beauty (terrafusion remix)
10. Tom Colontonio - Paradigm Shift (terrafusion remix)
11. Terrafusion pres [tbc] - Nuclear Dawn
12. Terrafusion - Senoi

length: 74:59
136-140bpm

i'm terribly sorry m8, didn't mean to offend, i just don't like uplifting that much... your tracks sound great just not my style (forget about that A&B stuff i said, it was to give you a positive feedback, i guess it worked all the way around... )

Just downloaded and upped to the iPod for the morning commute. Will get comments back to you pronto...

It's been a while since I've plunged back into anything north of 130 bpm, though g'damn if it wasn't a fun little ride. Respect to you for putting out music that you clearly are passionate about, as it comes across loud and clear.

I'll be sure to pass this one around to my friends who have since forgotten the joys of melody and the kind of energy that got them (and I imagine a good number of us) into dance music in the first place.

Disclaimer: I do own a few A&B sets that I have also thoroughly enjoyed, so take my opinion for what it's worth

thanks for the comments man. and yeah although i do enjoy a fair share of quality prog now and then, my feet are firmly routed in trance territory and that's where my producing ambitions lie. glad you could appreciate even if it wasn't completely your thing
